Dr. Oliver Wilken advises and represents clients in corporate, group and capital markets law.

He supports both national and international investors and companies in making strategic decisions, including the structuring of corporate groups and the reorganization of enterprises.

A further focus of his practice lies in crisis-related advisory work, encompassing financial restructuring as well as counsel to shareholders and corporate bodies in special situations.

Dr. Oliver Wilken is a Partner at Wilken Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.

He previously served for 19 years as a partner at a nationwide business law firm, focusing on corporate and group law as well as restructuring.

He studied at the Free University of Berlin, the University of Konstanz, and the University of Cambridge (UK). Dr. Oliver Wilken earned his doctorate at the Center for International Economics at the University of Konstanz.

Dr. Oliver Wilken is fluent in German, English and French.
