His practice focuses in particular on crisis-related restructuring and corporate structuring advice. He frequently assists with corporate and financial restructurings of listed companies.

Another key area of Mr. Weis’s work is litigation.

Nico Weis is an Associate Partner at Wilken Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.

After studying law at the University of Bonn, he worked as a research associate at an international business law firm in Düsseldorf as well as at a chair for business law. He completed his legal traineeship in Cologne. During this time, he also obtained an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Cologne.

Nico Weis is pursuing a doctorate in restructuring law at the University of Mannheim. He has several years of professional experience in these areas of law.

Nico Weis is fluent in German and English.
